Quantity:
Alcohol content: 50% of the hand sanitizer bottle is alcohol. The ethyl alcohol we use is 190 proof/95%. The remaining 50% consists of essential oil and Witch Hazel. The estimated ABV/alcohol by volume is 45%. Further note: Witch Hazel is distilled using denatured alcohol (ethanol), with the extract containing about 14% to 15% (additional) alcohol, plus, lavender essential oil is a natural antiseptic.
